STRUCTURED BOARDING: Cost $70/day*. I only accept dogs that I have personally trained. Boarding includes off-leash activities so the dog must be 100% off-leash reliable.
WE REQUIRE EVERY DOG TO HAVE CURRENT, DATED VACCINATION RECORDS and FECAL FLOAT TEST*. Your dog MUST be up to date on the following vaccinations: Rabies, Bordetella, DHPP, and Fecal Float* (to test for parasites). This form needs to include a date of when the immunizations were administered or a date of when they expire. Please attach your dog(s) vaccination record(s).
Make sure that you conduct the fecal float test for your dog at least a week before the boarding starts so there is ample time to get the results back and, if necessary, start the dose of any medication's that may be needed.
HOW TO DO THIS: You need to bring a stool sample in to your vet (I usually just follow the dog around with a stick and an empty and clean prescription bottle and put a dab in it – doesn’t matter if you get a little dirt too). Try to get it to the vet within about 24 hours of collecting it and keep it cool until you drop it at the vet. If you don’t get this test, I cannot accept your dog. This test is necessary to ensure the health and well-being of your dog, as well as of the others that come in for training. Please let me know if you have any questions regarding this matter.
* “Day” indicates a 12-24 hour period. Any period of time less than 12 hours is billed at $40
